1 can sauerkraut, lg.
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1 can pimento, sm.
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. oil

Mix and let stand about 24 hours. 1 small can of sauerkraut may be used and cut ingredients by half.
