JAMBALAYA 
1 box rice pilaf
1 lb. lg. shrimp, cut into bite-sized pieces
8 oz. sausage, hot Italian, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 green pepper
1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1/4 tsp. thyme
Garlic salt
Chili powder
Hot sauce, dash

Cook rice according to package, use a little less water. Fry sausage in separate pan. Combine tomatoes and seasonings; simmer about 20 minutes. Add shrimp. Simmer 10 more minutes or until shrimp turns pink. In large pan combine rice, sausage and tomato mixture plus green pepper. Cover, heat and serve.
