JELLIED CHICKEN SALAD 
9 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. chopped sweet pickles
3/4 c. chopped green onions
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Mix together and put in 9 x 13 inch pan.

PINEAPPLE GLAZE:

2 (3 oz.) pkgs. lemon Jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. pineapple juice
4 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix and chill, when it starts to thicken pour over chicken mixture and let set. Serve on lettuce or pineapple slice.
