FRENCH PUDDING | |
1 (12 oz.) box vanilla wafers 1 stick of butter 1 3/4 c. powdered sugar 2 eggs 1 can crushed pineapple 1 med. Cool Whip 1 c. crushed pineapple Line 9 x 13 inch pyrex dish with 1/2 of wafers. Melt butter in a small saucepan. Add powdered sugar and well beaten eggs. Blend well and pour over wafers, spread pineapple over mixture, top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle pecans on Cool Whip. Cover with remaining wafers and chill for a few hours. |
