MAMAW NANCY'S BUTTERSCOTCH PIE | |
1 pound brown sugar 3 large egg yolks 4 tablespoons flour or cornstarch 1 tablespoon vanilla 3 tablespoons cooking oil 3 cups milk Mix sugar and flour together frst. Then put in the other ingredients. Put into large skillet. Stir rapidly; its easy to scorch. Mix before putting on the stove. If not thick enough, add more cornstarch.
