FETTUCCINI CARBONARA 
1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic
1 lb fettuccini pasta
1/2 tsp. onion (chopped)
1/4 ground pork
1/4 ground beef
1 can evaporated milk
1/4 cup fried bacon
grated cheese
salt and pepper
corn starch
1/2 cup water

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Sauté garlic and onion. Mix the ground pork and meat and sauté until golden brown. Add the evaporated milk. Mix the cornstarch (about 1 tablespoon) and water and pour into sauce in a thin stream while stirring to thicken the sauce.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the bacon and grated cheese.

Mix the sauce with the pasta and top with cheese and some bacon.
