GERMAN CHOCOLATE PIE 
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. cocoa
Pinch of salt
2 eggs
3 tbsp. butter, melted
2/3 c. milk
3/4 c. shredded coconut
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
9" pie shell, unbaked

Combine sugar, cornstarch, flour, cocoa and salt. Add eggs, butter, milk; then coconuts, nuts and vanilla. Pour into shell and bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Top will be crusty and firm.
