CHOCOLATE DELIGHTS | |
1 lb. sweet milk chocolate 1 c. chopped walnuts 1 c. chopped dates (chop them yourself) 5 c. corn flakes 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate (2 - 1 oz. squares are best) Not ready chopped, they have added sugar. Spray deep saucepan with Pam; melt both chocolates in pan slowly so as not to burn. Combine nuts, dates, corn flakes. Add to chocolate mixture. Stir carefully to completely coat corn flakes. Drop from teaspoon onto waxed paper lined cookie sheet. Chill until firm, about 1 hour. Makes about 4 dozen depending on size of each. |
