BEEF MUSHROOM MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, chopped
1 slightly beaten egg
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Dash pepper
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. light corn syrup

Drain mushrooms, reserving liquid. Add enough milk to make 1/2 cup. Combine liquid, egg, Worcestershire sauce, seasonings, and bread crumbs; let stand 5 minutes. Stir in beef and mushrooms. Put in loaf pan; combine catsup and corn syrup and spread over top. Bake at 375 degrees about 1 hour.
