FRUITED GELATIN RING 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry flavored gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 pt. raspberry sherbet

FRUIT FILLING:

1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. dairy sour cream

Add boiling water to gelatin and stir until dissolved. Add sherbet and stir until melted. Pour into a 6 cup ring mold that has been rinsed with cold water.

Chill until firm. Unmold onto large plate and spoon in fruit filling into the center just before serving.

To make filling, combine drained fruit, coconut and marshmallows. Stir in sour cream. Chill several hours before serving.

Note: Can substitute orange gelatin and orange sherbet.
