3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. mashed ripe bananas
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix dry ingredients together in large bowl. Make a well in the center; add eggs, oil, pineapple, vanilla, bananas and chopped nuts. Stir together - do not beat. It will take only a few stirs to mix the ingredients.

Pour batter into greased and floured tube or Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Let set for 20 minutes before turning cake out of pan. Serves 12.
