RING-AROUND-THE-FRUIT 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. Jello strawberry gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 (1 lb. 14 oz.) can fruit cocktail
1/2 c. maraschino cherry halves
1/3 c. coarsely chopped nuts
1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. prepared Dream Whip whipped topping

Dissolve Jello gelatin in boiling water. Drain fruit cocktail, measuring syrup. Add water to make 1 1/2 cups. Add to gelatin. Pour into a 1 quart ring mold. Chill until firm.

Combine fruit, nuts and marshmallows. Fold in the whipped cream. Chill. Then unmold gelatin onto large serving plate or platter. Spoon the fruit mixture into center of ring.

Makes 8 servings.
