SLOW COOKER STEW | |
1 1/2 lb. stew meat 1 med. onion, chopped 4 to 6 carrots, cut 4 to 6 med. potatoes, cut 16 oz. can stewed tomatoes 8 oz. can tomato sauce 1 tsp. beef bouillon dissolve in 8 oz. hot water 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp. parsley flakes 1/4 tsp. bay leaves 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. salt (optional) 1 can corn, drained 1/3 c. flour mixed with water until smooth Brown meat; add remaining ingredients, stirring to blend. Cover and slow cook at setting #3 (medium) for 8 hours. Stir occasionally. |
