TACO DIP 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 c. cottage cheese
1 pkg. taco seasoning
Drops of red hot sauce
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lg. tomato, cubed
Head of lettuce, shredded
8 oz. Longhorn Cheddar cheese, shredded
Tortilla chips

In blender, mix cream cheese, cottage cheese, taco seasoning, and red hot sauce until well blended. Divide mixture between two (9-inch) pie plates. Line bottoms with mixture. Top with remaining ingredients. Chill until ready to use. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
