TACO DIP 
1 can refried beans
1 (8 oz.) jar salsa
8 oz. sour cream mixed with 1 c. mayo & 1 pkg. taco seasoning
4-5 chopped scallions
3 lg. tomatoes
1 can black olives
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
8 oz. Monterey Jack

Dice tomatoes, chop olives and shred cheese. This recipe can either be made in an 8" square pan or individual serving dishes. Layer ingredients into dish starting with refried beans and ending with Monterey Jack cheese. Heat oven to 350 degrees and cook until cheese is melted.
