RHUBARB DESSERT 
4 c. rhubarb, cut fine
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix
1 pkg. cherry or strawberry Jello
1 c. water
1 stick butter, melted

Put rhubarb in 13 x 9 pan. Sprinkle sugar over rhubarb. Sprinkle dry Jello over sugar. Sprinkle dry cake mix over Jello. Sprinkle water over cake mix. Drizzle butter over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
