1 box yellow cake mix
4 c. diced rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1 sm. carton whipping cream

Prepare cake mix according to directions. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Over the top, spread rhubarb which has been mixed with the sugar. Then carefully pour the whipping cream over the entire top. Baking/cooking time: 30 to 35 minutes. Oven temperature: 350 degrees. Approximate servings: 18.
