8 c. cleaned and torn spinach
4 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 med. red onion, sliced
Creamy Bacon Dressing
Toasted sesame seeds

In large salad bowl combine spinach, mushrooms and onions. Drizzle Creamy bacon Dressing over salad and toss. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

CREAMY BACON DRESSING:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. honey
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled

For dressing combine all ingredients in medium bowl and stir well. Refrigerate any leftover dressing. Makes 1 1/2 cups dressing.
