COCONUT POUND CAKE 
3 sticks butter
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
7 oz. angel flake coconut

Cream sugar and butter; add eggs, one at a time. Mix flour and baking powder and add alternately with the evaporated milk. Add vanilla and fold in the coconut. Pour into a greased tube pan; bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
