COCONUT POUND CAKE 
1 c. butter, softened
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. all purpose flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. frozen coconut, thawed
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. coconut extract

Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Combine dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream. Stir in coconut and flavorings.
