FRESH CRANBERRY-ORANGE RELISH 
4 c. fresh cranberries, washed & stemmed (1 lb.)
2 unpeeled oranges, quartered, with seeds removed
2 apples, quartered, with seeds removed
2 1/2 c. sugar

Grind fruits in food grinder with medium or large holed grinder plates. Add sugar and mix well. Chill in refrigerator for 24 hours. This will keep for some time in the refrigerator or may be put in small containers and frozen for future use. Makes 8 cups.
