FRUITED PORK CHOPS 
4 to 7 pork chops
1 c. orange juice
1 apple, sliced
Raisins
3 cans white potatoes

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Arrange pork chops in baking pan. Pour 1 cup orange juice in pan. Arrange potatoes around pork chops and put a slice of apple and some raisins on each pork chop. Cook for 30 minutes or until chops are done.
