CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM PIES 
SHELLS:

1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus devils food cake mix
3/4 c. ready-to-spread chocolate fudge frosting supreme
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. oil

FILLING:

6 c. mint chocolate chip or your favorite flavor ice cream, softened

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom, sides of pie pans (2). Blend shell ingredients in large bowl; beat 2 minutes at high speed. Spread half of batter into each pan. (DO NOT SPREAD UP SIDES OF PAN.) Bake 25-30 minutes, don't over bake. Cool completely.

Blend ice cream until smooth and spread in shells. (If desired, heat remaining frosting until soft, swirl with knife on top of pie.) Freeze 2 hours. Store in freezer and keep wrapped airtight! Can do ahead!
