QUICK BUNS 
1 3/4 c. warm water
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. yeast

Mix together, let stand 15 minutes. Add:

1/2 tbsp. salt
2 eggs
5 c. whole wheat flour

Mix well and shape into buns. Let stand 15 minutes, then bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes.
