ENCHILADA PIE | |
6 corn tortillas 1 lb. lean hamburger 1 tbsp. flour 1 med. onion 1 (10 oz.) can tomato and green chili 1 can cream of chicken soup 4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese Brown hamburger, onion and flour. Add tomato and chili sauce and soup. Simmer a few minutes. Layer tortillas and sauces in a greased casserole until all the tortillas and sauce is used up. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted and bubbly. |
