SPINACH BALLS | |
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained 1 onion, chopped fine 3/4 c. butter, melted 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 4 eggs, beaten 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. thyme 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing Combine all ingredients and chill for 1 hour. Form into balls. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 325 degrees for 15 to 25 minutes until browned. |
