SPINACH ROLL 
1 lb. bread dough
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. chopped spinach, frozen, cook as directed, drain thoroughly
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. chopped pepperoni
Garlic powder to taste
Crushed red pepper to taste
4 oz. chopped black olives
4 oz. chopped mushrooms
1 tbsp. Romano cheese

Spray cookie sheet with Pam. Spread dough. Mix all ingredients. Spread in center of dough. Cover with 8 ounces Mozzarella cheese, in center of dough. Roll dough. Keep seam under. Pinch seams closed. Prick dough in 4 places. Sprinkle with oil. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
