SPINACH ROLL - UPS 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 (15 oz.) container ricotta cheese
1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
1 (30 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese

Make lasagna noodles per package directions; drain.

Combine egg, ricotta cheese, spinach and parmesan cheese. Spread cheese mixture equally on lasagna noodles strips, roll up each strip.

Spread about 1 cup of sauce on the bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

Put roll-ups seam side down in sauce. Pour remaining sauce on top of roll ups and top with mozzarella cheese.

Cover; bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
