SUMI SALAD 
1 head cabbage, shredded
2 to 3 green onions, sliced
1/3 c. celery seed
1/2 c. almonds, sliced
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. oil
1/3 c. seasoned rice vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
Salt and pepper
1 pkg. Ramen noodles, cooked and drained

Set aside cabbage, onions. Brown lightly celery seed and almonds. Set aside. Prepare dressing by combining oil, vinegar, sugar and seasonings. Refrigerate. Just before serving, mix all ingredients together.
