SUMI SALAD 
1/2 head green cabbage
1/2 head red cabbage
8 tbsp. sesame seeds
8 tbsp. slivered almonds
2 pkg. Top Ramen noodles, broken up, dry
3/4 c. oil
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. pepper
6 tbsp. rice vinegar

Refrigerate vegetables until needed. Mix together oil, sugar, pepper, vinegar. When ready to serve, mix all together, leaving noodles until just before serving. Serves 8 to 10.
