CABBAGE CRUNCH SALAD 
1 lg. cabbage, chopped coarsely
4 green onions
1 c. chopped or sliced almonds
1 tsp. sesame seeds
2 pkgs. Chicken Ramen Noodles, uncooked

DRESSING:

6 tbsp. red wine vinegar
4 tbsp. sugar
1 c. oil
1/2 tsp. parsley
1 pkg. seasoning from Ramen noodles

Toast almonds and seeds in a fry pan. Chop cabbage and onions (tops too). Crumble noodles and toss all shortly before serving.

Blend dressing in blender. Pour over cabbage mixture just before serving and mix. Serves 10-14.
