PUMPKIN DELIGHT 
4 graham crackers
1/2 tbsp. butter
4 oz. light cream cheese
1 vanilla pudding supplement
1/2 c. Cool Whip
1 c. Libby's canned pumpkin
1 pkg. sweetener

Melt butter and add sweetener and graham crackers to form a crust in pan.

Mix cream cheese and 4 tablespoons Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Mix pumpkin and 1 vanilla pudding supplement (do not add water). Spread over cream cheese. Top with remaining Cool Whip. 2 servings.
