PUMPKIN BREAD 
3 1/3 c. flour
3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. pumpkin (canned or fresh cooked)
1 c. veg. oil
2/3 c. water
4 eggs beaten
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins

Grease and flour 3 loaf pans. Combine dry ingredients in bowl. Blend pumpkin, oil, water and eggs in another bowl. Gradually add dry ingredients until well blended. Stir in raisins and nuts. Pour into prepared pans. Bake in 350 degree oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pans, remove and cool.
