RANGER RICK'S PERFECT PUMPKIN
BREAD
 
1 2/3 c. unbleached flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 tsp. salt
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. nuts (opt.)

Mix all dry ingredients together. Add oil, eggs, pumpkin, water and raisins. Pour into well greased bread pan and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Makes 1 loaf.
