SQUASH MUFFINS 
1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. squash
1 egg
2 tsp. melted butter
1 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Beat together sugar, mashed squash and egg. Sift dry ingredients together and add along with melted butter. Line a muffin pan with papers. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes about 12 small muffins or 8 large.
