PUMPKIN SQUARES 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. canned pumpkin

Mix all together in one bowl and pour into cookie sheet (sprayed with Pam). Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Allow cake to cool before applying frosting.

FROSTING:

3 oz. cream cheese
3/4 stick butter
1 tbsp. cream or milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar

Mix all together and spread onto cake.
