FRENCH BEEF SLICE | |
1 loaf French bread 1 lb. ground chuck 1 med. onion, chopped 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup 1 (11 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup Cut bread if half lengthwise; carefully scoop out inside, and break into pieces. Wrap loaf in foil; bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. To serve, cut into slices. Yield: 8 to 10 servings. When French Beef Slice is served, all that's needed to complete the meal is a salad and beverage. |
