FONDUE AU CHOCOLAT 
6 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. light cream (half and half)
1 1/2 c. butter
1/8 tsp. salt
3 tsp. orange liqueur or any extract of choice (optional)

Melt chocolate squares in saucepan over low heat. Add sugar, light cream, butter and salt. Cook until thickened.
