GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
8 lg. potatoes, cooked, peeled and sliced
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. bacon, cooked and chopped

Mix above ingredients.

DRESSING:

1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. water
4 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1 tsp. celery seeds

Pour over potato mixture until well covered. Can be heated in oven or on top of stove. Add chopped parsley as a garnish.
