SWEET & SOUR PORK 
1 lb. pork, cut into 1/2 inch chunks or strips
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. pineapple syrup
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
4 slices of pineapple, cut up
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water (cold)

In a 2 quart saucepan, brown pork in Worcestershire sauce and oil, along with pepper and onion until the liquid is dried up. Mix pineapple syrup, honey and vinegar. Add to meat and vegetables. Simmer 1/2 hour with lid on. Add pineapple chunks. Bring to boil. Mix cornstarch and cold water until dissolved. Add to boiling mixture. Simmer on low 5 minutes. Serve over hot rice or noodles.
