CHICKEN MUSHROOM BAKE 
6 skinless chicken breasts
1 c. plain low fat yogurt
1/2 c. chopped fresh mushrooms
1 med. onion chopped
3/4 c. cracker crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. paprika

Wash and pat dry chicken. In bowl combine remaining ingredients, stir until mixed well. Roll chicken in mixture, place in shallow baking pan bone side down. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees until done, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
