CHICKEN MUSHROOM BAKE 
2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken
1 (12 oz.) can mushrooms
1 sm. onion
Oshidas gourmet sauce

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place 1/2 can of mushrooms in bottom of 2 quart casserole dish. Dip chicken in gourmet sauce, enough to coat it and place in casserole dish. Chop onion and place on top of chicken. Layer the other 1/2 of the can of mushrooms on top. Pour gourmet sauce over top to your taste, approximately 1/4 cup. Bake 45 to 60 minutes until chicken is cooked well.
