CHICKEN PARMESAN 
4 chicken breasts, boneless & halved
1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce
Garlic powder
Oregano
Salt & Pepper
Basil, chopped
1 block of Romano cheese
1 block of Parmesan cheese
Parsley

Wash chicken thoroughly, season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder and lightly with oregano.

Grate 1/2 cup of each of two cheeses. Pinch Romano cheese into a small ball and wrap chicken breast around it. Cover bottom of Pyrex dish with 1/2" of spaghetti sauce. Lay chicken breasts in sauce, fold side down. Pour approximately 1 cup of sauce over chicken. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6.
