20 MINUTE CHICKEN PARMESAN 
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 egg, slightly beaten (or egg beaters)
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter
1 3/4 c. Prego spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. fresh parsley
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Using palm of hand flattened chicken to even thickness. Dip chicken in egg, then in crumbs to coat. Spray with Pam, put in broiler to brown on both sides. Add Prego sauce, reduce heat, cover and cook 10 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese, parsley, cover and cook another 10 minutes, or until cheese melts. 4 servings.
