SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 1/4 lbs. hamburger
8 crackers, crushed
1 egg
3 tbsp. dry Durkee's Sweet 'n' Sour Mix
1 lb. 4 oz. can pineapple chunks
2 pkg. Durkee's Sweet 'n' Sour Mix
1 green pepper

Mix together hamburger, crackers and dry sweet 'n' sour mix; fry in Crisco. Remove from pan. Cover. Simmer 1 green pepper cut in small pieces until done. Drain all oil off. Into a bowl put 2 packages Durkee Sweet 'n' Sour mix. Do as you do on pineapple sauce on package. Add to fry pan with green peppers and cook slow until thick, then add drained pineapple and meatballs. Serve on rice.
