SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 (16 oz.) jar chili sauce
16 oz. water
1 lb. chopped meat
1 egg
2 tbsp. grape jelly
1 tbsp. bread crumbs (flavored without cheese)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

In saucepan, mix chili sauce, grape jelly and water on a low flame. Prepare meatballs mixing 1 egg, 1 tablespoon bread crumbs (flavored without cheese) and 1 teaspoon salt and pepper. Place in saucepan and cook over a low flame for approximately 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally and draining off any fat. Simmer and serve over white rice. Enjoy!
