COCONUT DELIGHT 
3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Mix all 3 ingredients and pour in 9x13-inch baking dish.

1st Layer:

1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3 c. Cool Whip

Combine all 3 ingredients and spread over crust.

2nd Layer:

2 small pkg. coconut cream pie filling
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling

Prepare pie filling according to package directions. Cool; spread over cream cheese mixture. Top with cherry pie filling. Spread with remaining Cool Whip from large package. Sprinkle with toasted coconut.
