CORN MEAL MUFFINS 
1 c. corn meal (white)
1 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1/4 c. oil

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Put dry ingredients in bowl. Add milk, egg and cooking oil. Stir only until moistened. Fill greased muffin pans or use cupcake papers. Makes 12 muffins. Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
