BLUEBERRY LOAF 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries

Topping:

2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, milk and vanilla. Combine flour and baking powder; add to creamed mixture just until combined. Gently fold in blueberries. Pour into a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.

Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle on top.

Bake at 350°F for 50 to 55 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Individual pieces can be sliced, wrapped and frozen. Thaw for a quick dessert.
