CRANBERRY BREAD 
2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. orange juice
Zest of 1 grated orange
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. warm water
2 c. cranberries, chopped

In a large bowl, mix the first 5 ingredients. Set aside. In a separate bowl beat together orange zest, orange juice, oil and water. Stir into dry ingredients. Add cranberries and mix well. Pour batter into a 9x5x3 loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees 50 to 60 minutes. Remove bread from pan and place on wire rack to cool. Bread slices better on second day. Yield 16 slices. 115 calories per slice.
